Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, we do. Every 3 months we have a contest where you have an opportunity where you can get a $50 animal gift card to spend on any animal of your choice.

What are the payment options?

We accept PayPal, Debit/Credit cards, and cash/checks.

What is your return policy?

We recomend keeping all of the supplies that was used to ship the animal to you for a couple of months, or until you feel comfortable that you are not going to return the animal. We will send you new heat and cool packs, but we will not send you a new box, isulation, padding, deli cup, or cloth bag.

Do you offer promos and deals?

We do on our merch. The animals are very rarely on sale, but the merch is very commonly on sale. Keep an eye on my Youtube chanel and my Instagram. I will often put deals up there.
